Anaheim, CA natives Buckcherry bring their unique brand of sleaze rock to fans everywhere for an intense, unfiltered live performances that feature a mix of old favorites, as well as tracks from their 2025 release, the aptly titled, Roar Like Thunder. With a plethora of 11 studio albums under their collective belt, lead singer Josh Todd and his band of Sunset Strip troubadours embody the true essence of rock 'n' roll, bringing to the stage each night a high energy performance replete with raucous hits, such as their iconic, platinum-selling single, "Crazy Bitch," and the band's newest single, "Sorry." As co-headliners on the Buckcherry billed tour Black Stone Cherry are a Southern rock band known for playing a host of big songs. From their platinum-selling single 'White Trash Millionaire' to 'Blind Man' to 'Credit It on the Boom Boom' and many more the Kentucky quartet have a very large and loyal fan base around the world and put on high energy live shows that are not to be missed. Tyler Bryant And The Shakedown will kick off the evening of rock 'n' roll for the tour. Buckcherry, Black Stone Cherry and Tyler Bryant And The Shakedown kick off The Wild Cherry Tour at The Orange Peel in Asheville, NC on Thursday, August 20th, 2015. The three groups will take to the stage as co-headliners celebrating Buckcherry's newest album "Roar Like Thunder" and performing throughout the US until early September. The tour stops in Pelham, TN, Destin, FL, San Antonio, TX, and Houston, TX among many other cities across the country.
Buckcherry is a legendary sleaze rock band from Anaheim, California, formed in 1995. Born as a sleazy throwback to the 80's Sunset Strip rock scene, Buckcherry has been at the forefront of the hard rock scene for nearly three decades. The iconic vocalist Josh Todd and the rest of the band have put out 11 studio albums to date, including some of the biggest hard rock hits of the 2000's.
The band's hits include Grammy nominated "Crazy Bitch", "Lit Up", and "Sorry" to name a few. Buckcherry's latest release "Roar Like Thunder" from 2025 is proof that the band is still at the top of their game and that their sound is far from fading.
Black Stone Cherry bring their mix of Southern rock, blues, roots and soul to a huge selection of tried and tested tracks including 'Blame It on the Boom Boom', 'White Trash Millionaire' and 'Again' from the earlier years of the band's history as well as hits from the album 'Screamin' at the Sky' and 'Celebrate'. The childhood friends from a small town in Edmonton, Kentucky have grown into one of the top rock acts on the scene today, achieving UK Top 20 album positions and numerous #1 songs on the US Rock radio charts.
The evening will kick off with a blistering performance by special guests Tyler Bryant And The Shakedown. As a blues-infused hard rock trio, Tyler Bryant and his band deliver searing guitar work and truly honest rock songwriting.
The Orange Peel is located at 101 Biltmore Ave in downtown Asheville, NC 28801. The venue holds 1,050 standing room or 1,400 seated, and has 30-50 stools around the perimeter of the dance floor to occasionally sit. Early arrival is recommended to grab a stool to sit for a while to get the best sound and to see. The Orange Peel is a small Venue and does not have On-Site Parking. There is street parking as well as paid garages and deck parking lots within walking distance. On street parking is FREE after 6 pm. Please be aware of any designated tow-away zones and do not park in these areas as your vehicle will be towed. The City of Asheville is very walkable and there are many restaurants and bars in downtown to grab a bite or drink before the show or after the show.
